We want you to understand how GATE Village works, what your role within the village will be, what your responsibilities are, what our responsibilities are and generally what you can, and should expect as well as what you shouldn't expect.

The Membership Signup Procedure includes six (6) separate pieces of collateral that we want you to read and understand. We provide these collateral here for your convenience, however at this point in time GATE requires that you download the PDF versions, print, sign, and either scan & email them to GATE or stuff them in an envelope and snail-mail them to us.

These are the titles of the 6 sections

1. The GATE Membership Agreement -- this is the agreement for services between GATE and a GATE Member; it has ramifications for both GATE and the GATE Member
2. The GATE Trust Policy -- Trust is paramount in GATE Village, the Trust Policy guides all interactions between any authorized user of GATE Village
3. The GATE Code of Ethics -- There is a measure of ethical behaviour that all authorized users of GATE Village must follow, however this policy has more to do with GATE Employees than GATE Members
4. The GATE Member Confidentiality Policy -- Openness in Trust Ranking doesn't mean openness in general, all GATE Members are bound to the basic principle of "What happens in GATE Village stays in GATE Village"
5. The GATE Member Bylaws -- As shareholders in the corporation, there is a certain expectation of "Bylaws" -- these are intended to speak to the Members as shareholders, not as Trusted Experts, Entrepreneurs, or Vendors
6. The GATE Waiver of Liability -- GATE Village deliberately works at arm's length to all Trusted Experts and Entrepreneurs within GATE Village working hard to ensure there could be no liability concerns, however this document is where Members agree to hold GATE Village free and clear from any legal disputes and that GATE Members will allow GATE Village to manage 100% of the GATE Trust System, including any Trust Investigations not involving a GATE Employee).
