- Only ad-hoc coordination of contrib efforts
- Perhaps more than should be expected?

- (Inline) documentation quality is generally poor and often non-existent
- Inline doc idea is good idea but can't force the issue
- No support for big Database platforms
- But MYSQL performing better than expected
- Search (no surprise)
