- Really don't know what is happening until it is happening (callbacks and hooks)
- Serious lack of 'basic' code docs
- What data is in $user? $account? etc
- Core functions doc show only code
- What data is in $user? $account? etc
- (Too?) Many ways to skin a cat, little support to choose between them
- No code consistency
- Upgrading! Always upgrading
- Immature coders lacking scale experience with no obvious support for them
