If you are using Internet Explorer and are not able to download any of the attachments within GATE
Village, the chances are that it is IE that is the problem not GATE Village.
Because GATE Village works permanently in the secure arena of SSL, IE gets confused as to what "download" means.
ENABLE: Tools->Internet Options->Advanced->"Do not save encrypted files to disk"
And magically all will work fine.
