Network Marketing – 8 levels deep

GATE truly believes that the best place to look for new Trusted Entrepreneurs is from existing Trusted Entrepreneurs and thus has built a recruitment program that rewards members well for direct recruiting, as well it rewards those who would like to build a network of recruiters even better.

The total payout is $750 / Trusted Entrepreneur paid out by the following formula

The reason for putting in such a large percentage of the payout on the final leg of the recruitment network was to offer a significant reward to those who might choose to make a living on simply building out the right network underneath them. Thus, while we value direct recruitment (especially early on, hence the “Shares for Early Recruits” program), we require volume and so favour a deep network rather than a wide one.

NOTE WELL: there are no restrictions in place as far as how a network can be built out, both the following examples show different methods and the financial benefits of each.

This is a member focused on direct recruitment ... they spend their time convincing 256 people to become Trusted Entrepreneurs and has a natural growth of about 25% (that is, 1 in four recruits will themselves recruit a member):

This is a member focused on creating a sales network, they manage a trinary network where they recruit new Trusted Entrepreneurs who each recruit 3 and so on.

Now clearly there is more money to be made with the sales network model, and that is only right as it is more difficult to teach people how to sell / recruit than it is to sell / recruit for yourself.
