- owns and exclusively manages the dedicated servers for both primary and backup services.
- Daily full backups are created (without disruption to online services) and
- taken off-site to a secure location on a daily basis.
- Mock Disaster Recovery drills are practised at least weekly ensuring the procedures' integrity.
