PHP originally stood for Personal Home Page and it is the main programming language in use within GATE Village. Some Village members are allowed to extend their web presence using PHP to access specific data within the Village providing a more personalized view, tracking project or customer data or any number of other uses of dynamic 

Using PHP within a GATE Village Information Object allows for a personalized, customized experience, GATE Village Guest</em>, like noting how long you have been a member (since the Village was created</em>) or even display your current profile picture: But of course you don't have one to show

These are just examples of accessing static information within the Village, but it is a very powerful tool for extending your business reach.

Base Account and Premium Account holders are restricted from using PHP but My Virtual Office, Business Lite and Business Premium Account holders are the Village Roles that are allowed to use PHP within some of their content types.
