Part of the Content Management system inherent within GATE Village, Revision Control offers the ability to have multiple versions of an Information Object. Using Revision Control allows multiple people to edit a single object without concern of overwriting others' information.

Most content types within GATE Village have Revision Control turned on by default and only Administrators or Trusted Neighbours typically have the ability to turn off Revision Control for any particular information object. Virtual Office, Business Lite and Business Premium account holders have extended functionality including the ability to revert to previous revisions and delete revisions.
